This week the goal is to surpass the weight you moved in the past and set new records. We will stress your white (fast-twitching) muscle fibers and focus on heavy compound movements to surpass your previous limits.

WEEK 11: WELL ROUNDED PHYSIQUE

Balance is key this week so we’ll focus on isolating muscle groups in order to aesthetically maximize your physique.

WEEK 12: BEAST MODE

This week, we will incorporate all lessons of the program into one INSANE week! We are going to go all out to push your body past its limits and maximize growth.
